Cancellation & Refund
At Evara, we strive to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel or return a product, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@the-evara.in.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving it.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@the-evara.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
